Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We ship all orders from our shop in Summerset, SD via USPS and UPS.

Shipping time are based on average shipping times and do not include handling time.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight the order and the location of the receiving address. Free shipping (orders $75+ w/Discount Code) will be shipped through USPS.

HANDLING

Fulfillment/Handling times may take up to 4-7 business days to fulfill due to customization options and to increased order volume. However, some orders may ship with in as few as 1to 3 days.

Handling time does not include shipping time. We appreciate your patience.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently only shipping to the United States and Canada.

Any order shipped to an address outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes or duties. As the customer, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Exact import taxes and duties vary depending on the final destination country. Hardweather charges only the merchandise and shipping charges to your order. Import taxes and duties are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.

International Customers that are returning an order are responsible for all return shipping costs include taxes, duties and postage.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

If you’re in need of a return or exchange of your merchandise, please let us know so we can help! 

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy. If any of the below errors occur, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchases.

  • If the item was damaged during shipment, we’ll replace it as long as the item is in-stock or material is available to remake the hat. In the instance that the item or material is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value.
  • If the item arrived defective, we’ll replace it as long as the item is in-stock or material is available to remake the hat. In the instance that the item or material is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value.
  • If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll take it back and ship what was ordered.

There is a 5$ charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have already been submitted and are in the “Shipped” status CANNOT be cancelled and must be returned.
