Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
If you’re in need of a return or exchange of your merchandise, please let us know so we can help!
You have 14 calendar days to begin a return/exchange for an item from the date you received it.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy. If any of the below errors occur, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchases.

If the item was damaged during shipment, we’ll replace it as long as the item is in-stock or material is available to remake the hat. In the instance that the item or material is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value.

If the item arrived defective, we’ll replace it as long as the item is in-stock or material is available to remake the hat. In the instance that the item or material is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value.

If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll take it back and ship what was ordered.
- If a cap is returned to us not in original condition and the original packaging, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
There is a 5$ charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly.
International Orders that are returned are responsible for all return shipping costs include taxes, duties and postage.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have already been submitted and are in the “Shipped” status CANNOT be cancelled and must be returned.
