SHIPPING

We ship all orders from our shop in Summerset, SD via USPS and UPS.

Shipping time are based on average shipping times and do not include handling time.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight the order and the location of the receiving address. Free shipping (orders $90+ w/Discount Code) will be shipped through USPS.

HANDLING

Fulfillment/Handling times may take up to 4-7 business days to fulfill due to customization options and to increased order volume. However, some orders may ship with in as few as 1to 3 days.

Handling time does not include shipping time. We appreciate your patience.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently only shipping to the United States and Canada.

Any order shipped to an address outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes or duties. As the customer, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Exact import taxes and duties vary depending on the final destination country. Hardweather charges only the merchandise and shipping charges to your order. Import taxes and duties are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.   Should you decide not to pay customs costs and instead request a refund, you must wait for customs to send the package back to us before we can complete the refund. Any international refunds will not include any shipping costs.  The customer is responsible for all international return shipping costs, taxes and duties.
